What did you like about the book? In very easy to understand text, the author explains the phases of the moon so that you can recognize them yourself! The illustrations, showing when each moon rises, whether it is in the waxing, waning or full-moon stage, make the information abundantly clear. The simple information is followed by more inclusive facts and diagrams.  The Lunar calendar is also explained and beliefs about the moon through history to the walk upon its surface in 1969.

Anything you did not like about the book?  No.

To whom would you recommend this book? Anyone, old or young, who wants to understand the phases of the moon will be so glad this book is there to assist.

Who should buy this book? Public and elementary school libraries
