What did you like about the book? This updated picture book by beloved author Gail Gibbons focuses on owls. The vivid illustrations and knowledgeable text teach readers about the beautiful and varied kinds of owls that live here in North America, from where they nest and what they eat, to how their habitats are being influenced by humans. This is a wonderful book to share with budding naturalists, and a way to teach young people about the natural world. Let’s hope all Gibbons’ other books get updated as well.
