Rating: 1-5 (5 is an excellent or a Starred review): 4
What did you like about the book: A precious collection of poems by four year old Nadim, his sister, and his class for all ages to enjoy. They share how they see the world- love, dream school, preschool teacher, bluebells, being on a train, a best friend, Wednesdays, lies about the sea, baddies, living underground, the busy cat, best things, memories, a magic box, the lonely garden, moments, mom, between bath time and bedtime, scared-sugar, and taking off your brave. ‘My Wish’ is the final poem in the collection and shares all the wonderful things Nadim cares about: magical people, friendly and nice birds, beautiful beaches, warm weather, and finally, lots of love. It is sure to bring a smile to young and old with the spot-on colorful illustrations and diverse characters helping to tell the story in each poem.
