What did you like about the book? In this fourth adventure of Blue, a worm, Barry, a frog, and Pancakes, a huge bunny, Barry and Pancakes decide it’s a perfect day for the beach. But when they go to grab Blue, they find he has gone off exploring with the Society of Spelunkers. Barry is incensed. How dare Blue do something with anyone other than he and Pancakes. Going to the beach without him, Barry just cannot relax; he wants to give Blue a piece of his mind so off the two go to find Blue. Blue, meanwhile, is at the entrance of the cave but the others are afraid to go in with him so they all go to the beach… When Barry and Pancakes arrive at the cave, they figure Blue must be inside so in they go, falling and falling and falling into an underground river, home to the Spider King’s Lair and the quite active Stalagmites (lead by Drip) and the Stalactites (lead by Drop). Barry and Pancakes are caught between the two warring factions; things are not looking good. Blue discovers what has happened and hurries to the rescue.
Another super exciting adventure from this trio; non-stop action, lots of laughs with vibrantly-colored cartoons. “Dan & Jason write, draw, color and letter together in Photoshop and Procreate. The font is a unique Blue, Barry & Pancakes typeface created specifically for these books.”
