What did you like about the book: A beautifully illustrated collection of 26 haiku poems that introduces young children to mindfulness concepts and the goals of mindful living with gratitude and positivity. Each poem highlights the 5 Ways of Wellbeing: connect, be active, take notice, keep learning, and give. It is a diverse cast of characters that inspire inclusivity and wellbeing with every letter of the alphabet, A to Zen.
