What did you like about the book:   An informative animal alphabet book for little ones to learn about the animals of the Americas.  It includes the alligator, black bear, chipmunk, deer, eagle, falcon, gray wolf, hummingbird, iguana, jackrabbits, kangaroo rat, lynx, muscovy duck, northern cardinal, otter, porcupine, quetzal, raccoon, skunk, toucan, uakari monkeys, vampire bat, woodpecker, x-ray fish, yellowlegs, and zebra longwing butterfly.  

The colorful illustrations and ABC format is sure to engage our youngest readers.   In addition, the back pages include a guide and map to find out where all of the animals live in North America, Central America, or South America.  

Anything you didn’t like about it? No.

To whom would you recommend this book?  A great read aloud to share with your little one for practicing ABC’s and learning about the different animals of the Americas.

Who should buy this book?  Preschools, day cares, home and public libraries

Where would you shelve it ?  Board books
