What did you like about the book?  A wonderful read aloud for preschoolers about what to expect at school.  Its simple text, humor, and lively illustrations will make this a winner.   Our little learners are filled with wonder and welcomed by their teacher on their first day.  They discover their cubbies, make name cards with crayons, sing the morning song, put on listening ears to learn, and enjoy snack time together.   Because it is fall, they discover it is cold outside and that nature rocks when you get to count with acorns.   Recess is the best when you can swing, slide, and soar.  There is also time for reading and resting like the hibernating bears.  As the day comes to an end they say their goodbyes to their new friends and are excited for the day of school. This book was originally published in 2018 under the title Hello School!
