What did you like about the book: A delightful story with rhyming text, nonfiction bat facts intertwined, and enchanting illustrations are sure to entertain young readers at Halloween. “Trick or treat! Smell my feet! Give me lots of bugs to eat!” Learn lots of interesting bat facts: they live in caves, glide at night, hear through echolocation, and love to eat bugs. The back pages contain many more fun facts that will help children to understand the importance of bats in our ecosystem.

To whom would you recommend this book? This is a wonderful read aloud at home and in the classroom– entertaining and a great source for learning about bats.
