What did you like about the book? This die-cut book will be sure to entertain young readers with the bright colors and peek-a-boo animals. Each page is packed with animals in their natural habitats–desert, jungle, ocean, and rainforest. There are red snakes coiled around branches, pink flamingos balancing on one leg, meerkats popping out of their burrows, and sea creatures splashing in the ocean. Each page provides some simple facts about the animals, but also asks the child to find a particular animal (and this is based on their color so there will be practice with color recognition). The die-cut pages allow the child to get a glimpse of what’s to come. This is an engaging and interactive book that presents animal facts in a fun way for young readers.
