What did you like about the book:   What a wonderful book for working parents everywhere to share with their young children.  It is reflective of our world today with the depiction of a working mom and the numerous diverse characters filling each page.   The rhyming text, soft colorful illustrations, and soothing message will connect with children experiencing this everyday occurrence for families.   A beautiful story to be read over and over that they will be sure to love and feel loved each time they read it with someone.

Anything you didn’t like about it? No.

To whom would you recommend this book?  A great read aloud for little ones whenever their parents need to be away from them, ie. when they go to daycare, school, grandmas, or stay with a caregiver.  It can be shared prior to them being separated and during the time they are away from them to provide reassurance and ease anxiety.

Who should buy this book?  Preschools, day cares, home and public libraries

Where would you shelve it ?  Board books

Should we (librarians/readers) put this on the top of our “to read” piles? no
