Rating: 1-5 (5 is an excellent or a Starred review) 5

What did you like about the book:   A lovely celebration of spending time with grandma.  The simple rhyming text and bold colorful illustrations will make this a favorite to be read over and over with our littlest readers.   A day with grandma is the best and includes car racing down hills, sliding down the slide, making music, flying kites, shopping at the market, sledding down snowy hillsides in the winter, building sand castles and surfing during the summer, hiking up a mountain, and resting together in the hammock after a good story.

Anything you didn’t like about it? No.

To whom would you recommend this book?  A great read aloud for every grandma to share with her grandchildren often.

Who should buy this book?  Preschools, day cares, home and public libraries

Where would you shelve it ?  Board books

Should we (librarians/readers) put this on the top of our “to read” piles? no
