What did you like about the book? This sequel to American Royals picks up right where we left off.  Heir to the throne, Beatrice Washington is now to be crowned Queen.  The sudden responsibility of being the first woman on the throne has hit her hard.  Should she pursue the match that her parents dreamed of with an engagement to Theodore Eaton, the Duke of Boston?  Teddy would be able to help her so much in her reign and she has begun to have feelings for him.  Her parents had been so excited for a royal wedding, but Beatrice had been ready to give it all up to pursue a relationship with her Royal Guard, Connor.  The sudden death of the King has quickly squashed that plan.  Beatrice is now Queen and must step into her father’s footsteps.   Meanwhile, her twin siblings Samantha and Jefferson, have their own love troubles.  Full of romance and royal intrigue this novel is a pure delight.
