Rating: 1-5 (5 is an excellent or a Starred review) 5

What did you like about the book: A younger version of the popular Big Nate series for little ones to enjoy with their parents and caregivers, especially before naptime. Little Nate does not like naps!  Until he begins to relax and lets his imagination wander to playing, eating cookies all day, flying a kite, being a knight, fighting crime as a superhero, traveling through time, riding a hot air balloon, walking on the moon, or …  Then nap time is done and he realizes nap time can be fun.

Anything you didn’t like about it? No.

To whom would you recommend this book?  A great read aloud for caregivers and parents just before naptime with their little ones.

Who should buy this book?  Preschools, day cares, home and public libraries

Where would you shelve it ?  Board books

Should we (librarians/readers) put this on the top of our “to read” piles? no
