What did you like about the book?  Fans of the Shadowhunters series can pick up with the children of the characters from the Infernal Devices series.  Set in the Edwardian era, peace and a lack of demons has prevented the teenage Nephilum from practicing and sharpening their demon fighting skills.  When a new breed of demons appear, ones who can walk in  daylight and that can infect the Shadowhunters with a deadly poison, the new generation of the Carstairs, Herondale, Fairchild and Blackthorn families must learn quickly or face extinction.  Filled with multiethnic and lgbtq characters, this new series continues to feature adventure, danger, familiar families, and, of course, lots of romance.  Fans will be drawn in and eagerly await the next novel in the planned trilogy.
