What did you like about the book: What a fun lift-the-flaps story to share with your grandchild with a kid-friendly berry pancake recipe in the back. Each double page spread tells the adventure of little bunny with grandma looking for their breakfast ingredients under the flaps. They begin in the kitchen to find flour, maple syrup, and butter. Then off into the yard to find a bunch of juicy berries. Then they find eggs at the henhouse and some milk at the barn. Back in the kitchen they mix all the ingredients. As grandma cooks their surprise breakfast, little bunny guessed what was for breakfast. “Yummy berry pancakes”.
Anything you didn’t like about it? No.
To whom would you recommend this book? A great read aloud for grandmas to share with their young grandchildren and then make pancakes together.
