What did you like about the book? Beautiful and detailed digital illustrations complement this informative and entertaining book about fish. Each double page spread, some on the vertical, are full of facts and fun.  Many pages include a search and find aspect. The book covers topics including:the biology and history of fish, types of fish including freshwater and ocean fish, coral reefs, feeding, survival modes, schooling, reproduction, a detailed look at Atlantic salmon, and the relationship between fish and people.  This is a perfect introduction to the species that readers will pore over.The colorful illustrations depict the wide variety of fish in size, shape and color. Highly recommended.

To whom would you recommend this book?  This is a wonderful book for children interested in fish and could also be used for elementary school reports.
