Format: Hardback book with interactive flaps

Rating: 1-5 (5 is an excellent or a Starred review) 4.5

Genre: Knights and mythology

What did you like about the book? Here you will find the history of knights and knighthood (Sir Lancelot, King Arthur, Gawain), what their everyday life consisted of (Castles, battles, Guinevere, Arms and Armor) plus warhorses, the Crusades, Excalibur and the Holy Grail. The book is very detailed, leaving out little, and whetting the appetite for further exploration.

Anything you did not like about this book? No.

To whom would you recommend this book? This one is for those interested in the life of knights, medieval times and mythology.

Who should buy this book? Those interested in the life of knights, medieval times and mythology.

Where would you shelve it? 929.7 or 940 – though better as an individual purchase due to the fragility of the interactive flaps.

Should we (librarians) put this on the top of our “to read” piles?
