What did you like about the book?  This is the fourth title in the series set in the small Italian town of Benevento which is famous for its witches and spirits.  Nine-year old Sergio must care for his household spirit Bis-Bis, who is the ghost of his great-great-great-great-great grandpa.  Bis-Bis makes many demands on Sergio, including bringing him eggs, but finding eggs is difficult because the witches, called Janara, are very busy making trouble in the village.  Meanwhile, Sergio disappoints his mother and she forces him to live with Bis-Bis.  Sergio calls for the help of his cousins to see if they can break the witches’ spells.  Black and white line drawings bring the characters to life.  Readers of the first 3 books will enjoy this new addition, but those unfamiliar with the story should start at the beginning.
