What did you like about the book? This is the ninth book in the Ruth Galloway mysteries. In old Norwich where Dr. Ruth Galloway and DCI Harry Nelson work together, there are said to be old mining tunnels – chalk pits- existing underground. It has long been rumored that some of the homeless actually live there. An architect wants to build an underground restaurant at one of the sites and it is then that at body is located which institutes the involvement of the police and Dr. Ruth Galloway, an archeologist. And then two women go missing and two homeless men are found stabbed…. This is an exciting and provocative mystery with many a twist and turn. Read by Jane McDowell, it comes completely to life.
