What did you like about the book?  This is a retelling of the classic fairytale Rapunzel that is set in India.  The tale remains the same, but the illustrations in vivid red, yellow, blue and green transport the reader to India.  Indian motifs appear in the characters clothing, the architecture of the buildings and the flowers that surround the tower.  The multicultural spin gives the familiar fairy tale some new life.
