What did you like about the book? This is an exuberant story that is filled with joy. A group of varied sized and multi-colored bunnies dance, play instruments and sing across a meadow on a beautiful sunny day. The text is sure to have children participating in the story: “Ready bunny, steady bunny, EVERYBUNNY DANCE! And clap your paws, and twist and twirl, and shake your tail, and wiggle and whirl.” But when a fox shows up, the bunnies run and hide. They watch as fox does “a dainty waltz, a pirouette, a somersault, a clarinet, a graceful bow, a quiet sigh, a lonely fox, a tearful eye.” Then it’s “EVERYBUNNY CLAP!” and soon the bunnies are joining fox in the fun. The bright illustrations add to the joyousness. This is sure to be a hit at story time!
