Genre: Children’s Picture book
What did you like about the book? I loved turning each page of this book, to slowly unearth the plot through the wonderful illustrations of Bee, a girl, and boy. Alison Jay presents the life of bees in a heart warning story of friendships. By exploring the urban and rural landscapes, she shows how one can appreciate, and further create a more bee friendly world. Alison reaches further by illustrating the necessity of bees to our ecosystem and what readers can do to save them. The final page of “BEE AWARE” is a great outline of facts and future projects for young readers.
