What did you like about the book?  A little dormouse hibernates, curled up with a little bunny, and dreams of the spring when a friend will visit.  While the dormouse is dreaming, the other animals enjoy the winter forest. The beautiful illustrations depict skiing foxes, a goose piloted and powered bi-plane, scampering squirrels and some wolves, bears and robins.  The illustrations are full of detail, personality and expression. Readers will see that dormouse’s friend, complete with tiny suitcase, pearls and pink hat is wending her way to greet him.  The rhyming text and sweet illustrations make this a very nice addition to stories about hibernation.
