What did you like about the book? Who is The Society and why are they after Hope and four other girls–Lyla, Nikki, Farrah and Hartley? Hope Callahan suffers from CF, cystic fibrosis, which makes it hard for her to breathe, and she knows it is only a matter of time before it takes her life. That inspires her to respond to the strange invitations that keep popping up–in her email, in her locker, in her bed! They invite her to play a ‘game’ that could end with one of the girls winning a huge amount of money.

But then things turn dark, one of the girls is hurt badly while bungee jumping from an old roller coaster, then a car explodes and … well, you’ll just have to read the novel to find out.

Hope gets deeper and deeper into the game when she realizes people who she knows and even loves may be involved in The Society and that is not good.

Adventure, mystery, revenge and love all play a part in this unique novel that is sure to have the reader hooked until the very last line of the book!

Anything you didn’t like about it? No

To whom would you recommend this book? Readers who enjoy dark stories will really get into this one. There is a hint of The Fault in Our Stars with the main character’s illness.
