Format: Paperback

Genre:  easy reader

What did you like about the book?  Otto is a robot who desperately wants to swing with Flip and Flop, two little monkeys.  After many failed attempts, Otto decides that the kind of swing he needs is on a swing set.  Milgrim’s illustrations are so cute! Otto the robot is a little blue guy who keeps getting hurt and needs band-aids and bandages.  The monkeys are fun little guys who love to swing around in the jungle.

Anything you didn’t like about it? nothing

To whom would you recommend this book?  I would recommend this to kids who are starting to learn to read.  There are only a few words, and sight words are repeated many times.

Who should buy this book?  Elementary schools and children’s libraries

Where would you shelve it?  Juvenile easy reader non-fiction

Should we (librarians/readers) put this on the top of our “to read” piles? no
