What did you like about the book? Jordie Bennet is kidnapped by hitman Shaw Kinnard after he kills his partner hitman right in front of her to earn a larger profit. She is restrained until they reach a hideout location but he treats her kindly. She locates a rusty piece of a boat, stabbing him in the abdomen, just before a cop locates them. She was to be eliminated because of the $30 million her brother stole from his boss. After the rescue, Jordie learns that Shaw is not whom she thought, her brother is still missing and the FBI is working hard. Romance, mystery, intrigue, great character development make this a gem.
