Genre: Picture Book
What did you like about the book? This is a whimsical look at how books are made. The author begins with an idea, he writes many drafts, sends it to an editor, revisions are made, an illustrator is found, the book is sent to a printer and so on. In the end the book is not complete until a reader reads it. The illustrations are fun and self-deprecating with lots of humor. This is a great book to show readers the process of idea to finished book.
Anything you didn’t like about it? No

Should we (librarians/readers) put this at the top of our “to read” piles? No
